"I booked your company to transfer us from Bari airport to Fasano on our recent holiday in Puglia.
I would just like to take the opportunity to thank all of you for making our transfer so easy and trouble free. We were met at the airport by the driver ( I wish I had taken his name but forgot in all the excitement!) who was dressed immaculately, which really impressed my Mother, he was very polite and very friendly, I even tried out my newly learnt little bit of Italian on him!!! He even sorted out the mistake I had made in booking the return dates, which was very kind of him. He was there promptly on the day we left and again was very polite. We all had such a beautiful time in Bari that we cannot wait to go back again, which we will certainly be doing.
