How can I book my transfer?
You can book our service by using the form on our homepage. Can I add, cancel or change my reservation (time, passengers, luggage)? In order to guarantee the best possible service, please contact us for any change to your reservation abut time, passengers or luggage, because it could be necessary to provide you with a different vehicle. For more information about the procedure for changing your reservation, please refer to the next FAQ.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
You can change or delete your reservation at any moment, but before the driver leaves to reach you at the agreed meeting point. To change or delete your reservation 48 hours before your arrival, you can send us an email or phone us and we will be glad to help you. For any request less than 48 hours before your arrival, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone at the number provided on the booking confirmation email that we usually send some days before the transfer date.
Are your fares per person or per vehicle?
Our fare always refer to each vehicle, so they are not per person. Are your prices fix and all inclusive or will I have to pay for additional charges? Our prices are fix and all inclusive, therefore no extra or hidden fee will be charged to you (for example in case of diversions or traffic jams).
What about tips?
Prices are all inclusive, so you are not obliged to pay any tips to our drivers, if you are satisfied with the service provided and you want to tip the driver, you can do it.
Why did the driver ask me to pay after for the transfer, if I have already provided you with my credit card details during the booking procedure?
If you choose the payment to the driver, the credit card details you provided during the reservation are ONLY used to guarantee and to confirm your booking, but not for paying for the service; this is the reason why the driver asked you to pay for the service just after the transfer. But, if you prefer, you can also pay in advance by PayPal or Credit Card, Visa and Mastercard.
How and when do I have to pay for the transfer?
The payment method depends on your preferences: you can pay directly to the driver soon after the transfer or you can pay in advance by PayPal or Credit Card. If you choose the first payment option, the credit card details provided during the booking procedure will be only needed to guarantee your reservation.
Can I pay in advance?
Yes, if you prefer to pay in advance, please select the option: "Pay by credit card" in the booking form or Pay now by PayPal"
What about additional luggage not mentioned during the reservation?
We kindly ask you to inform us about any changes in the number of pieces of luggage, because this information affects the type of vehicle we will provide you with, you could maybe need a larger/smaller vehicle and the price may change accordingly. Can I carry large items such as wheelchairs, bikes or scuba dive equipment? Please specify this information on the reservation form because you may need a larger vehicle to carry this kind of items.
Where am I going to meet the driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you for you at the arrival lounge of Bari airport, in front of the exit doors; he will anyway hold a sign with your name so that you can easily find him. Some days before your arrival we will send you an email with information about the meeting point.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Our local manager checks all flights and times so that, in case of delay or cancellation, we can reschedule your reservation accordingly and one of our drivers can be present at your arrival.
What if I cannot find the driver?
You can contact the phone number mentioned on the confirmation email you will receive some days before your transfer. Our customer support service is available 24 h, 7/7, and we will be glad to help you. How long will the driver wait for me, while I pass the immigration and custom gates? The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the flight actual landing time. He will contact you on themobile phone number mentioned on the booking form. In case he cannot reach you by phone, he will leave the agreed meeting point. In case of problems with the customs and immigration procedures, collecting luggage or lost luggage, please call our emergency phone number.
Will I have to share the car with other passengers?
No, our service is private, and therefore you will not have to share your transfer with anyone person not reported on your reservation form.
What if I need infant or child safety seats?
Child seats are available fro free upon request to most destinations. We kindly ask you to mention the child's age when you fill in the booking form so that we can provide you with the right seat.
